1. Shipping Charges

  • A shipping fee of ₹50 (inclusive of taxes) applies to all orders below ₹500.

  • Free Shipping is available only when specified as part of a promotional campaign or special offer.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days if the items are in stock.

  • If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will arrange for its production and ensure delivery within a maximum of 10 working days from the order date.

  • Customers will be informed in such cases via email or phone.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Our courier partners deliver orders Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

  • Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transport delays, or strikes.

4. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your complete postal address, including PIN code, contact number, and email address, is accurate before placing your order.

  • Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or failed deliveries.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

  • You can use these details to track your shipment status online.
